“Football and sports in general unite us all regardless of age, gender, or social status. Sports promote health and foster a sense of belonging and unity among individuals,” said Hon. Nakhumicha.
Recognizing the potential of sports in encouraging physical activity for better health, there’s a growing trend in emphasizing the health benefits of sports and exercise activities.
“Sport, exercise, and physical activity are pivotal in promoting an active lifestyle. They have become integrated into various programs and policies, especially within elite sport organizations, as outlined by the World Health Organization,” remarked Nakhumicha.
