Interior Principal Secretary Raymond Omollo addressed the residents of Kajiado County on Sunday, November 19, at St. Barnabas Catholic Church in Matasia, Kajiado North Sub-county and assured the community of the government’s commitment to their safety, particularly with the upcoming festive season approaching.

During a church service attended by other leaders, Omollo emphasized the government’s efforts to enhance security infrastructure in the county. He highlighted plans to address the shortage of police cars and improve the facilities of local police stations, aiming to provide security officers with the necessary equipment and resources to protect the residents and their property.

In collaboration with community leaders, the PS stressed the importance of identifying and addressing security challenges effectively, with the goal of creating a safer environment for everyone. He stated, “We are working hard to ensure that our security officers have the necessary equipment and resources to protect you and your property. We are also engaging with the local leaders to identify and address the security challenges in the county.”

Accompanying the PS were Kajiado County Senator Samuel Seki Lenku Ole Kanar, MPs Onesmus Nguro Ngogoyo (Kajiado North Constituency), Samuel Sakimba Parashina (Kajiado South Constituency), Phelix Odiwuor (Langata Constituency), and Kajiado County Chiefs.
