Ruto, as the Chair of the Committee of African Heads of State and Government on Climate Change (CAHOSCC) delivered a speech representing Africa’s priorities at the COP28 in Dubai.

The Head of State aims to build upon the significant African Leaders Nairobi Declaration adopted at the inaugural Africa Climate Summit in September 2023.
