The Ministry of Interior and National Administration is actively engaging citizens in shaping the country’s cybersecurity landscape by inviting input on the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes (Critical Information Infrastructure and Cybercrime Management) Regulations, 2023, and the Draft Regulatory Impact Statement.
As part of this inclusive initiative, the Ministry has organized a series of public engagement meetings across the country. These meetings will provide stakeholders and the public with a platform to share insights, concerns, and suggestions. The meetings are scheduled to be held in various regions and clusters, as outlined below:

These meetings will provide a valuable opportunity for individuals, institutions, and organizations to actively contribute to the development of Kenya’s cybersecurity strategies. The Ministry of Interior is also offering an online platform for submitting feedback.
