This afternoon, Labour and Skills Development Principal Secretary, Shadrack Mwadime officiated the launch of innovative employment platform – Bingwa Services at the Kenya School of Tivet, in Nairobi.

The platform embodies the spirit of innovation, where problems are identified and the market and fitting solutions provided while achieving a win, win situation to all, the one giving the service, the one selling supplies, the one consulting, the service recipient, the partners.

Made in Kenya for Africa, Bingwa founded by its managing Director Mr. Njihia, is not just a platform addressing one of the country’s 3 biggest challenges as a country Youth Employment, but one that promises growth to those benefiting from job linkages. For the majority Skilled Service Providers, (Bingwa) and key of the 3 features, the platform provides for them to work with flexibility, work from any part of the country, charge their value and accept or decline a task.

The PS who urged Kenyans to use established mechanism to apply for jobs out of the Country, and monitor rogue private employment Agencies by visiting the www.neaimis.go.ke. The PS said that Bingwa will go a long way in increasing job opportunities for Kenyans who’s a big number is jobless.
